We understand that being in leading positions can generate increased public scrutiny. Your relationship with your coach is based on trust, and confidence that your coach will respect confidentiality and your privacy. Ruth Copland is a professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Becca King Reed is a member of the International Coach Federation, both of which have strict codes of ethics to which we adhere.
